Payment Info – Such as form of payment, payment card number, or bank account number

(c) Location

Precise Location – Information that describes the location of a user or device with the same or greater resolution as a latitude and longitude with three or more decimal places
Coarse Location – Information that describes the location of a user or device with lower resolution than a latitude and longitude with three or more decimal places, such as approximate location services

(d) User Content

Emails or Text Messages – Including subject line, sender, recipients and contents of the email or message
Customer Support – Data generated by the user during a customer support request

(e) Identifiers

User ID – Such as a screen name, handle, account ID, assigned user ID, customer number, probabilistic identifier, or other user- or account-level ID that can be used to identify a particular user or account
Device ID – Such as a device’s advertising identifier, or other device-level ID

(f) Purchases – A User’s individual purchases or purchase tendencies.

(g) Usage Data

Product Interaction – Including, but not limited to, app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information

Crash Data - Such as crash logs
Performance Data – Such as launch time, hang rate, or energy use
Other Diagnostic Data – Any other data collected for the purpose of measuring technical diagnostics related to the app

2. How We May Use Your Information

We may collect the following information related to you or your use of our products and services:

(a) Advertising or Marketing such as sending marketing communications directly to you.

(b) Analytics to evaluate user behavior, understand the effectiveness of existing product features, plan new features or measure audience size or characteristics.

(c) Product Personalization such as customizing what the User sees.

(d) App Functionality such as to authenticate the user, enable features, prevent fraud, implement security measures, ensure server up-time, minimize app crashes, improve scalability and performance, or perform customer support.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We may share the personal and non-personal information we collect or receive about Users as described below:

(a) With Other UsersUser profile information is shared with other Users on the platform in order to facilitate the contracting service.

(b) With Service ProvidersWe may share your information with our third party service providers for certain business purposes. This information is provided in order for them to provide us services such as payment processing, advertising services, marketing, web analytics, data processing, IT services, and customer support. These third party service providers have access to your personal information only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf and are expressly obligated not to disclose or use your personal information for any other purpose.

(c) With Related Entitiesfor business purposes. We will require these entities to comply with the terms of this Policy with regard to their use of your information.

(d) When Required by Law and to Prevent Fraud and Investigate MisconductIf we receive a request from law enforcement officials or judicial authorities to provide information on individuals, we may provide such information. Carefiller does not sell personal information.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes. Our website may provide links to other third party websites that are not controlled by Carefiller. Carefiller is not responsible for their privacy policies or practices. Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us please contact us at privacy@carefiller.com. A parent or guardian of a child under age 13 may review and request deletion of the child’s personal information.

8. Services Not Indented for Users Outside the United States

Carefiller is based in the United States and, at this time, only serves Users located in the United States.
